- What is Aigir?
- Aigir is a Russian AI-powered engineering platform for construction management. A single workspace combines as-built documentation, site inspection with photo-recorded issues, electronic document flow with signing, scheduling, supply and work acceptance. The platform is developed by JSC STROYINTEGRATSIYA, Moscow.
- Who is the platform for?
- Developers, general contractors and subcontractors. It provides dedicated workspaces for the technical department, site control and supervision, foremen, supply, HR and project managers — everyone sees their own tasks and documents instead of a shared pile of files.
- How much does Aigir cost?
- Only the free beta is available now: 12 months, up to 100 users and 100 GB of storage, with no automatic charge afterwards. The other plans — Basic at 49,000 ₽/month, Professional at 119,000 ₽/month, Constructor from 2,490 ₽ per user per month and Enterprise on request — are shown as a reference for the future line-up and become available after the release.
- How do I get access?
- Through a beta request: you fill in a form with your company and role, we review it, select participants and get in touch to grant access. There has been no public release yet, so self-service sign-up is not open.
- Is there a demo?
- There is no separate demo sandbox: during the beta the platform is deployed on the real tasks of your construction site. The Basic and Professional plans will include a 30-day trial after the release.
- Does the platform support electronic signatures?
- Yes. Documents follow an approval route and are signed electronically, so no paper exchange between contractor and client is needed. Support for the qualified electronic signature is evolving and is available in a basic scope during the beta.
- Can Aigir run on our own servers?
- Yes, that is the Enterprise plan — an on-premise installation with SSO, BIM-to-ERP integration, SLA and a dedicated manager. Pricing is calculated on request for the customer's environment.
- How is Aigir different from folders and spreadsheets?
- Documents are not merely stored — they are generated from project data and linked to each other: an act knows its site, drawing set, materials and signatories. This yields automatic registries, completeness control of the as-built package and reporting that does not have to be assembled by hand before every handover.
